The app is stuck loading
Try:
- Refresh the page once
- Sign out and sign back in
- Try a private/incognito window

The graph is slow or hard to navigate
Try:
- zooming in and focusing on one area
- using filters to show fewer nodes at a time
- searching for a specific node instead of navigating from far away
I can’t edit something in a shared space
In shared spaces, some actions may be restricted based on your role.
Try:
- selecting the node and checking the available actions in the details panel
- asking the workspace owner/admin for access
Imports look wrong
Try:
- undoing immediately with Ctrl/Cmd + Z
- importing a smaller chunk to verify the preview first
